Reduction of transferred load Horizontal and vertical loadings in scaffold constructions are transferred directly on vertical frames through face (fixing) parts of a flooring - it is an extra benefit for safety of plettac scaffoldings.
Self-orientation in a vertical plane Ideal constructive arrangement of a connection point of diagonals in plettac SL70/100 scaffolds constructions provides automatic alignment on a diagonal: Х - constant distance between connection points, A - constant corner.
Self-orientation of the subsequent circles Vertical position of construction is established only once - at installation of the first (bottom) circle of scaffoldings. At escalating of circles vertical position of the construction is provided automatically. The economy of time increases in process of erection of each following circle of scaffoldings.
The fastening scheme of plettac scaffolding constructions with step of 8 m
L - length of stair-well 3, 2.5, 2 and 1.5 m ο - fastening of long remote pipe ♦ - fastening of short remote pipe
Strengthening by diagonals Diagonals are erected consistently, but no more than on 5 stair-wells or in the form of a tower each 5 stair-wells.
Definitions: 1) Size concerning an internal edge of scaffoldings. 2) Additional diagonals are necessary only at length of stair-well of 3 m each 5 stair-wells. 3) These fastenings are erected only at an open facade. In this case the wooden or steel flooring is assembled. |
